Hank Ross is a pioneer in home-based healthcare, shaping the future of in-home provider services. As the founder of Physician Housecalls, he has overseen more than 400,000 house call visits across Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri, expanding access to quality care for patients where they need it most. He also founded and was the CEO of Ross Health Care, a premier home care provider in Oklahoma.

With 14 years of hospital leadership experience and service in the Oklahoma National Guard—including a deployment during Operation Desert Storm, his experience is vast. Hank brings a deep understanding of all post-acute services today focusing on home-based primary care and capitated risk models. His expertise in high-needs ACO models is helping transform Medicare’s approach to caring for complex, high-cost patients.

Today, Hank plays a key role in supporting house call providers engaged in the Academy HN ACO, guiding them in transformation from fee for service to value-based care. He provides consultation to some of the nation’s largest home care organizations navigating strategic growth within evolving payment models with wrap-around primary care services.
