About the Program
Each year, we select fellows who have demonstrated commitment and excellence within our organization. Fellows receive special recognition at our Annual Meeting Awards Ceremony, a personalized certificate, and are featured on our dedicated Fellows webpage. This is your opportunity to stand out, connect with other leaders, and shape the future of our field.
Important Dates (First Year):
- Applications open: August 10
- Deadline: September 8
Requirements & How to Apply
- Be a current member in good standing. Not member yet? Join now.
- Review the application questions and confirm you meet the 15-point minimum.
- Submit the online application and pay the $150 fee.
- Await notification—accepted fellows will be recognized at the Annual Meeting Awards Ceremony and featured on our website.
A minimum of 15 points on the form is required to be accepted as an AAHCM Fellow.

To remain a fellow in good standing, simply renew your membership each year by March 1.
