Clover Health Spotlight

Clover Health is a healthcare technology company with a deeply-rooted mission of helping its members live their healthiest lives. Clover uses its proprietary technology platform to collect, structure and analyze health and behavioral data to improve medical outcomes and lower costs for patients. Clover works with members and their doctors to become a valued partner. This trust is built by proactively identifying at-risk individuals and teaming up with providers to accelerate care coordination and simultaneously improve health outcomes and reduce avoidable costs. How is your company advancing home care medicine?

Clover is committed to engaging our health plan members in the comfort of their homes, whether that be for primary care, transitional care, yearly wellness visits, behavioral health visits, or other supportive care services. We use technologies like machine learning and artificial intelligence to proactively identify members for these programs and guide the care they receive. We also use novel technologies like pharmacogenomics to improve outcomes from medication treatment by providers throughout our members' healthcare ecosystems.

What is something people may not know about your company?

Clover aims to leverage data and technology to improve health care by delivering insights to physicians at the point of care. We don't just speak about ML and AI in the abstract. We deliver insights from these tools through our technology platform, called Clover Assistant, when doctors are seeing our members.

Did you know that Clover is hiring in New Jersey? Clover is looking for great physicians who are interested in providing house calls for their most vulnerable members with multiple chronic conditions, frailty, and advanced illness.
